Here at Netcetera, our team is very active online and on our twitter account, @netcetera. We interact with customers all day, everyday answering questions and assisting individuals. Because of this, we’ve added a new field to the My Details page of the Client Area for customers to input their twitter username. In doing so, this will make it easier for us to identify users and provide more help, but also more quickly and efficiently.
If you have a twitter account, follow the instructions below to enter your information.
- Log in to your Client Area
- Go to you My Details page
- Enter your Twitter Username (at the bottom of the list)
- Select Save Changes
